Getting fit is one thing—but STAYING fit requires consistency.
In today’s world, where fitness is often commercialized and tied to rigid goals, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Trying to do everything perfectly can quickly lead to burnout.
A more sustainable approach is to focus on small, manageable habits that build over time:
New to exercise? Start with 2–3 strength and conditioning sessions per week. That’s enough to see progress without overwhelming your body.
Tracking every calorie in MyFitnessPal too much? Keep it simple. Focus on including lean protein, fruits, and vegetables in your meals.
Don’t neglect sleep. Quality rest supports muscle recovery, hormonal balance, and cognitive performance—all essential for making progress and maintaining it.
Remember, long-term fitness isn’t about doing everything at once. It’s about doing the right things consistently.
